Partner Terms & Conditions
FOR PARTNERSHIPS & REFERRALS
15% Incentive Cap
There will be a 15% incentive cap on all organized trips and referrals.
One Compensation Model per Trip
You may only use one compensation model per trip. This means you cannot use a mix of trip credits and cash payments for the same trip.
No Independent Discounting
You cannot use your own incentive discounting structure with clients or guests you refer to Pucon Kayak Retreat. Violation of this rule will result in the voiding of the partnership.
No Retroactive Changes
There can be no retroactive changes to the incentives or structures once the group or referrals have been booked.
