Within a compact radius, you’ll find steep basalt canyons, high-quality drops, and spring-fed rivers that deliver consistent flows throughout the season.
This trip is led by expert local and international guides with years of experience navigating Chile’s most demanding whitewater. Expect thoughtful river selection, strong safety systems, and coaching that supports confident decision-making in challenging environments.

Day 1. Arrival · Gear check · Warm-up lap on the Middle Trancura
Day 2. Upper & Lower Trancura — backyard classics for boofs and lines
Day 3. Maichín Canyon — deep basalt gorge with committing moves
Day 4. Upper & Lower Palguín — technical waterfalls and steep sequences
Day 5. Río Nevados — remote canyon with big-volume features
Day 6. Salto Blanco or Río Puesco — depending on levels and conditions
Day 7. Palguín laps or boater’s choice day
Day 8. Optional farewell lap · Transfers back to Temuco (ZCO)
Note: Itinerary will change based on levels and group performance. This trip requires strong Class IV skills and comfort in challenging environments.

Day 1. Kayak Assessment. Hot Tub. Orientation. Welcome Dinner.
ARRIVAL GOALS.

- Hydration. Let’s get you rehydrated.
- Rest. Our goal is to keep you active and awake until after dinner so you have a full night of great rest. A short kayak or hot tub session is proven refreshing.
Arrival by Airport: Temuco Airport (ZCO) 11 AM to 5 PM
Arrival by Vehicle: Check-in after 15:00 PM

Check in to your room. Pending arrival times let’s get your kayak outfitted and wash the travel lag off with a refreshing Trancura section. After a lap relax in
Day 2 – 7. Daily feature specific instruction… and rivers.
