Zerkle Multi-Sport Adventures

Dear friends of Kathy,
This letter is not part of our normal booking pages. Rather, it is an added page/step to give you the friends of Kathy Zerkle a better sense of how this custom trip experience will work.
As a twenty plus year friend of Kathy I am enthusiastic to host a week of festive celebrations celebrating Kathy’s birthday, and sharing the splendors of Chile’s “Adventure Capital – Pucon.” As you know Kathy’s friends are a mixed basket of adventurers, river nuts, medical quackery, and just normal community folks. Consider yourself lucky to be invited on such a week committed to fun adventures, exploration, and relaxation. Lastly, there is a (15 to 20% TBD) discount offer to invitees.
How will the week work?
For this trip we are going to facilitate three areas to best serve the group needs.
A. VIP Multisport Trip. View our normal multisport itinerary and description for more details. We balance the adventurous with the relaxing. Typical adventure activities include: Lagos Andinos hike and cerveceria, inflatable kayaking or rafting, climb the via ferrata, tandem paragliding, Pucon culinary outing and tour, yoga and sound healing, vineyard and wine tasting, hot springs, volcano lagunas swimming and hike…
B. Whitewater Kayaking or Rafting (kayak, IK or raft options). For the whitewater folks you will be based right on the Rio Trancura. There will be at least a couple of dedicated white water outings for the multisport group where I envision you kayaking or inflatable kayaking. The Tuesday Rio San Pedro day is a must for kayak, IK or rafting trip. We can easily dedicate more kayaking or rafting for whitewater enthusiasts. Whitewater enthusiasts will have the option to join multisport days or break off for a kayak run. Keep in mind that late FEB is the later part of the season. Yet, runs that will be in include: backyard Upper and Lower Trancura, Upper Palguin, Liucura and San Pedro.
C. Option to explore on your own. I recognize that Zerkle friends are a mixed bag of professional whitewater and nomadic traveler experts. As a gesture rarely offered to groups I will offer a vehicle for group to explore on your own outside of scheduled activities (based on availability).
